Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to book an appointment but is not charged until check out. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve certain services and will be applied toward your service total. If a cancellation fee is incurred, any booking fee already paid will be applied toward that amount.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to reschedule your appointment.
